Motherhood is an honor,

of your body than one body can hold.

You wanted to do this differently. Softer than how you were raised, calmer than you feel by the time dinner's burning and your husband's scrolling and someone's crying about something small. And before you've consciously registered any of it, your body has already decided how to respond: hold your breath and clench your jaw to protect your edge, or tip over into the explosion you swore you wouldn't have.

We've been told the nervous system lives in the brain, so if you think better thoughts, feel more grateful, and breathe in a nice 4-7-8 pattern, you'll regulate. But your nervous system is in constant conversation with your fascia, the tissue holding every boundary you didn't get to set and every reaction you learned to brace against long before you became a mother, and no reframe touches that conversation.

Motherhood Rising Collective is where we change it. As we unwind the tension your body's been carrying, your nervous system stops bracing, withdrawing, or collapsing on repeat, and starts receiving new evidence instead: that you know your edge, that your body has got you, and that you can hold a boundary without exploding or disappearing.

Trauma-Trained Somatic Coach, Nervous system authority, and Myofascial Energetic Release bodyworker

Motherhood isn't meant to be walked alone. I've spent over a decade in the nervous system's corner, as a transformational coach for women and mothers, a family coach, and a specialist supporting high-needs, vulnerable, and neurodivergent children across primary schools in London.

That work showed me what regulation and real presence can do for a family, and what happens when a mother finally has a body that can hold the chaos instead of breaking under it.
