I’m Amanda — a trauma-trained Family Coach, clinical nutritionist, and cycle breaker. I help parents move beyond punishment and power struggles, toward connection, co-regulation, and compassion.

For over a decade, I’ve supported thousands of children, parents across the globe with challenges like ADHD, Autism, anxiety, resilience, and family stress. My work blends trauma-trained nervous system work with practical, real-life tools that bring more ease into everyday parenting.

I guide parents to create calmer, more connected homes, in my 1-1 private coaching sessions, which are tailored for both parents together, one parent individually, or parents and children combined. For mothers specifically, I lead the membership group Motherhood Rising Collective, to help you feel supported in modern motherhood.
